Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
- If you inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja time, you will be eligible for a refund after deducting 50% of the total amount as cancellation and processing charges.
- If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the puja time, no refund will be provided.
- All cancellation requests must be made via our official communication channels (phone or email).
2. Cancellation by Puja at Home
- In rare cases, if we are unable to provide the service due to pandit unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule the puja as per your convenience.
3. Mode of Refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- No cash refunds will be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refund will be provided for:
- No-shows or late arrivals beyond the puja time.
- Incomplete ceremonies due to incorrect information or lack of required arrangements at the customer’s end.
- Last-minute changes to puja type or location.
