We offer both in-person and online puja services for various occasions like Griha Pravesh (housewarming), Satyanarayan Katha, Marriage rituals, Birthday pujas, Navgraha Shanti, and more.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or official contact numbers.
• Full payment is required to confirm your puja slot.
• Prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of the pandit dakshina and basic samagri (unless specified otherwise).
• Customized requirements (e.g., specific samagri, location preferences, etc.) may involve additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
• If Puja at Home cancels the booking due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., pandit unavailability), a full refund will be issued or a rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Pandit Conduct & Customer Cooperation

• All pandits associated with Puja at Home follow Vedic traditions and are trained in maintaining religious decorum.
• Customers are expected to provide a clean, peaceful space for conducting rituals (for offline pujas).
• Customers must join the online puja link on time (for virtual pujas) and keep the required samagri ready as per the instructions.

5. Responsibilities & Limitations

• Puja at Home is not responsible for outcomes of rituals as spiritual results depend on faith, karma, and divine will.
• We act as a facilitator between pandits and devotees, ensuring the best possible experience.
• Any disputes regarding personal belief systems, outcomes of pujas, or religious interpretations will not be entertained legally.

6. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information (name, contact details, puja preferences) is kept confidential and used only for service coordination.
• We do not share or sell user data to third parties without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms
