⭐ Special Note for Yam Deep & 14 Sacred Diyas
The Yam Deep must be placed facing SOUTH outside the main door over a bed of wheat grains or puffed rice (kheel). After lighting the flame, no family member should step outside or look back at the flame. All 14 sacred Diyas should be lit throughout the home on this night (Entrance, Puja room, Tulsi, Kitchen, Locker, Water source, near Dustbin, and all four corners of the dwelling) to completely banish negativity and prepare the abode for Diwali Lakshmi Pujan.
